Day 1: Kisoro Town Uganda
Start at the Kigali International Airport then you are picked up and transferred to Kisoro Town in Uganda via the Cyanika border.
You finish with the border clearance then traverse into Uganda then cross the Uganda DR Congo border to Goma Town. When in Goma, check-in lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Ihusi Hotel.
Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Virunga National Park
Have your breakfast then transfer to the Virunga National Park headquarters for short briefing on the conduct around the Mountain Gorillas in their natural forest habitat.
When finished with the briefing, you are allocated into groups of 8 then proceed to trek the Gorillas for 3-5 hours. Depending on their current location in the forest, you meet the Gorillas and stay for an hour in their presence taking photos to keep with you when you go back home.
