Day 1: Kigali City Tour
After your morning breakfast, one of our company representatives and tour driver guide will meet you for briefing at your hotel in Kigali and thereafter, the driver guide will take you for Kigali city tour. The places to be visited include the Genocide Memorial Centre in Gisozi, Local Markets and handcraft centre, Nyamata Church and Ntarama Genocide memorial, Hotel des Mille Collines which is a historical site for the genocide of 1994. You will then drive back to your Hotel in Kigali for Dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Transfer to Volcanoes National Park with a visit to the Twin Lakes
You will have breakfast in the morning and thereafter, enjoy a scenic drive to visit the Twin Lakes of Burera and Ruhondo. Some of the activities carried out on these twin lakes include boat cruise, which you will enjoy as well as viewing several Islands with unique geographic formation features. There’s also great opportunity for the best photographic moments. You will transfer to your Lodge for Dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Gorilla Trekking and transfer to Volcanoes

After an early breakfast, your driver guide will pick you up from your Lodge and transfer to the briefing point to prepare you for the gorilla trekking activity and how to behave and interact with the gorillas in the wild. The ranger guide will then lead you to start your unique adventure of searching or trekking the gentle giants in their Natural habitat. After finding the Gorillas, you will spend up to 1 hour with the endangered gorillas and thereafter walk back to meet your guide for the next program. Transfer back to your Lodge to have your afternoon at leisure. Dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Golden Monkey Trekking and Ibiwachu Cultural Entertainment
In the morning, you will have breakfast then drive to the briefing point at Kinigi Park office. Today you will be trekking the Golden Monkeys. The Golden monkeys are generally more active than the Mountain gorillas. You will have a great experience as you continuously follow them as they forage for food especially the delicious bamboo shoots. After this trekking experience, you will meet your driver guide to transfer for your next activity which will be at the Ibwiwachu Centre. On this visit, you will be introduced to the traditions of Rwanda through Dances, poems, stories of former gorilla poachers, Bows and spears, Making some of the local products, traditional dressing codes among others. After this great experience, You will transfer back to your lodge for Dinner and Overnight

Day 5: Transfer to Nyungwe National Park
This is another exciting drive and visit to one of Africa’s great forests. You will have an early start after breakfast in the morning to transfer to transfer to Nyungwe National Park for dinner and overnight at your Lodge.

Day 6: Chimp trekking and Canopy Walk
Chimpanzee Trekking
The morning will start after breakfast with chimpanzee tracking in Nyungwe Forest. It is an amazing experience to enjoy the chimpanzees in their natural habitat. Other primates that may be spotted include grey cheeked mangabey, Lhotse’s monkeys among others. After the chimp experience, you will have lunch and thereafter, go for a canopy walk which gives a photographic view of the Nyungwe Forest. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 7: Water Fall Hike and transfer back to Kigali
On this day, you will have your breakfast then go for a morning water Fall Hike before driving back to Kigali which marks the end of your Safari
