Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival to Kigali City Tour

When you arrive at the Kigali International Airport, you are picked up by a driver guide who transfers you to City Tour around Kigali City. On the City Tour, explore the Genocide memorials, National Museums, National Market listening to the stories of the people that survived the tragic Genocide. Lunch is en-route then later after the City Tour, check-in lodge for Dinner and Overnight.  Chezlando Hotel.

Day 2: Bukavu DR Congo via Bunagana

Enjoy your early morning breakfast then embark on transfer to traverse the Uganda Rwanda Border. Continue after the border clearance to traverse the border of Uganda and DR Congo into Gome then continue to Bukavu Town southern province of Dr Congo.On reaching here, check-in lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Day 3: Eastern Lowland Gorilla Trek in Kahuzi Biega National Park

Gorilla Trekking

Get up very early in the morning, enjoy breakfast then continue to the park headquarters for short briefing on conduct around the Eastern Lowland Gorillas.

Later the park ranger distributes you into groups of 8 each with another ranger guide who transfers you into the green forest vegetation to trek the Eastern Lowland Gorillas. Trek these primates for 3-5 hours depending on their current location in the forest then after a while, you meet them and take various photos to keep.
When you get done with Eastern Lowland Gorilla Trekking, return to lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Orchid Safari Lodge.

Day 4: Departure to Kigali

Enjoy breakfast then with all your luggage, embark on departure to the Kigali International Airport through Uganda then Rwanda.
