Detailed Itinerary.
Day 1: Arrival, pick up and transfer to Kampala with a city tour.
When you arrive at Entebbe International Airport, a Gorilla Expeditions representative will greet you. Following the cordial welcome, you will be transferred to Uganda’s capital, Kampala, and check in at the reserved lodging facility where you will relax. Later in the evening, you can take a city tour of Kampala, including a visit to the Uganda Museum. Return to the lodge for dinner before retiring for the night.

Day 2: Transfer to Murchison Falls National park enroute to Ziwa Rhino sanctuary.
After an early breakfast, check out and meet the driver for a 5- to 6-hour drive to Murchison Falls National Park via the Luwero Triangle. Before entering the park, visit the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, the only spot in the world where you may see rhinos in their natural habitat. Following that, after a short break, travel to Masindi town and then to the park, where you will check into your reserved lodge for dinner and a night’s sleep.

Day 3: Morning game drive, afternoon boat cruise.
Begin the day with an early morning breakfast before embarking on an exciting game drive through the wildness of Murchison Falls National Park. Expect to see a variety of creatures, including the big five, such as elephants, buffaloes, and lions, as well as kobs and warthogs. Expect to spot eagles, bee-eaters and luckily the uncommon shoebill before returning to the resort for lunch. In the afternoon, take a boat trip on the Nile, where you will be able to observe crocodiles, hippos and other wildlife. Return to the above-mentioned lodge before sunset for dinner and a good night’s rest.
Day 4: Morning game drive and evening game drive.
After a cup of coffee, set off for another game drive around the park in search of wild game, and then head to the Nile Delta to observe the Nile’s break-off point from Lake Albert. In addition, expect to observe alot of butterflies before returning to the resort for lunch. Before it gets dark in the evening, another exciting game drive awaits you. Return to the lodge for dinner and rest afterwards.
Day 5: Transfer to Kibale Forest national park.
After a hot and tasty breakfast, check out of the lodge and meet the driver for a ride to Kibale Forest, another magnificent park in the verdant Fortportal district. Expect to meet locals in their gardens and farms along the journey, providing gorgeous moments never to be forgotten. Check in at the booked accommodation facility upon arrival, where you will relax, dine, and recover in preparation for the safari’s main highlight the following day.

Day 6: Chimpanzee trekking and Bigodi swamp walk.
After breakfast, meet your driver guide for a transfer to the park headquarters in Kanyanchu, where you will be briefed and registered. Later, you will be assigned a family to travel with and a guide to seek for gorillas in the jungle. When you meet the gorillas, you will be permitted to spend an hour with them for photos before returning to the resort for lunch. In the evening, you shall embark on a nature walk in Bigodi to get a closer look at the park’s other monkeys, birds, and plantations, among other things. Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight.
Day 7: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park and game drive in the evening.
After breakfast, drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park, which offers spectacular views of Mount Rwenzori’s slopes on a clear day via Kasese. Continue your travel until you reach the park, where you will eat lunch at the reserved lodge. In the evening, go on a game drive around the park, where you may spot elephants, leopards, and many birds. Return to the lodge for dinner and a well-deserved rest.

Day 8: Morning game drive and Boat cruise on Kazinga Channel.
Set off with a packed breakfast for a morning game drive to Kasenyi, where you will be able to actively watch wildlife. Furthermore, you will be able to observe predators such as hyenas as they retreat to their caves and return to the resort for lunch. In the afternoon, take a boat ride on Kazinga Channel to get up close and personal with reptiles like crocodiles, water birds like Fish eagles, and enormous herds of buffalo and elephants. Dine and sleep at the booked lodge when you return.
Day 9: Tree climbing lions and transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable national park.
After breakfast, meet the driver for a transfer to Ishasha in the Queen’s southern region, where you will be able to monitor tree-climbing lions luckily for two hours. In addition, other species like hyenas and leopards will be visible due to the broad landscape. Continue your travel and transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Check-in at the booked lodge upon arrival, you will have lunch and then rest as you await for dinner and slumber.

Day 10: Gorilla trekking and relaxation.
Begin this incredible day with a hearty breakfast before heading to the park offices for a briefing and registration. Proceed to the bush, led by the ranger guide, on a tiring but worthwhile quest for gorillas. Spend an hour photographing the gentle giants after you find them. Return to the resort after the gorilla hunt for dinner and a night’s rest.
Day 11: Batwa community walk and transfer to Lake Bunyonyi.
After breakfast, take a morning walk through the Batwa neighborhood to become acquainted with the local way of life. Expect to see herbalists and tour breweries. Later, meet the diving guide for a transfer to the tranquil Lake Bunyonyi. Check-in at the booked accommodation facility, enjoy dinner, and relax for the night.

Day 12: Canoeing and visiting the Islands.
After a light breakfast, enjoy a refreshing period on the tranquil lake with the exciting canoeing activity. You will be able to canoe steadily due to the lake’s low waves. Return to the lodge for lunch at 1:00 p.m., then tour the remaining 29 islands. Return to the lodge for dinner before retiring for the night.
Day 13: Transfer to Lake Mburo national park and Game drive to view the sunset.
After breakfast, set off the engine to Lake Mburo National Park, passing through the verdant agricultural areas of the Bakiga tribe. Before arriving, you will have a stopover for lunch and then check into the reserved resort. In the evening, take a game drive in the park to see creatures such as buffaloes, warthogs, and leopards, among others. When you return to the lodge, have dinner and retire for a night.

Day 14: Transfer to Jinja via the Equator.
After breakfast, check out and meet the driver to return to Kampala. Along the trip, you will stop at the famed Equator in Kayabye to take pictures and eat lunch. Continue your journey till you reach the adrenaline capital of Jinja. Check into your reserved lodge for dinner and rest for a night.

Day 15: Departure
After having breakfast, transfer to the Entebbe international airport to catch up with your flight back
home. This marks the end of 15 days of Uganda Adventure Safari.
