Detailed itinerary: 3 Days Gorilla Trekking Uganda

Day 1: Pick up from Kigali and transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable national park in Uganda.

After arriving at Kigali International Airport, meet our knowledgeable Gorilla Expeditions tour driver for a quick introduction and safari briefing. Later Continue for a quick city tour of Kigali, to Kigali Genocide Memorial site, regional marketplaces, and a crafts hamlet. After lunch in the capital, set off to Bwindi National park considering the southern Sector of the park , you will be crossing via Cyanika Border  and proceed to the accommodation for dinner and over night

Duration: 3-4 hours.

Day 2: Gorilla trekking in Bwindi and transfer to Lake Bunyonyi.

Wake up for a morning bite and transfer to the park headquarters for briefing and registration with packed lodge from the lodge. You will be allocated a gorilla family and then proceed to the trailhead to commence your quest for the gorillas with the lead of the ranger. Once you locate a gorilla family, you will be given 1 hour to stay with the gentle giants as you gaze at how they play, feed as you take pictures and videos.
After this, descend to the starting point to get your certificates and then transfer to the lodge for lunch. After some rest, transfer to the serene Lake Bunyonyi where you will check in at the booked lodge for dinner and slumber.
